Quiet and spacious two-story building, in the center of the town of Umbertide founded over a clear-water ancient spring presumably known since Roman time. In the living room, a crystal paving allows to overlook the medieval walls of the foundations, with a suggestive lightning effect on some fragments discovered underneath the property.
